Conference cancellation

Infrared group s. c. reserves the right to cancel the conference for reasons beyond its control and o make any changes in the program. If the conference is cancelled, participation fees will be refunded to participants.

Changing the conference venue

Infrared group s. c. reserves the right to change the venue where to hold the meeting (within the same city).

Under Article 23 section 1.1 of the Act of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection (JoL from 2002 no. 101 item 926), I give my consent to my personal data being processed for the purposes of conference organization by entities being part of infrared group s.c. having its registered place of business in Wroclaw at Plac Solny 6/7a/4. Pursuant to the Act of 18 July 2002 on electronic provision of services (JoL from 2002 no. 144 item 1204). I give my consent to sending me electronic correspondence related to conference organization. I have the right to access my personal data and correct them. Data have been provided on a voluntary basis.*

W przypadku braku pełnej wpłaty za udział w szkoleniu do 14 dni przed rozpoczęciem kursu, organizator ma prawo skreślić uczestnika z listy szkoleniowej. Przy dokonaniu wpłaty zaliczki i rezygnacji ze szkolenia w terminie krótszym niż 14 dni przed rozpoczęciem kursu, wpłata na poczet uczestnictwa nie podlega zwrotowi. Oświadczenie dotyczące rezygnacji ze szkolenia wymaga formy pisemnej. W każdym czasie można wyznaczyć na swoje miejsce innego uczestnika.*
If the full payment for the course is not paid 14 days before the course, the organizer has the right to delete the participant from the training list. If the deposit is paid and the participant chooses to cancel their participation within 14 days before the course date, payment is non-refundable. A statement of resignation from the course must be in writing. At any time, the participant can designate another person to take part in the course instead of the original participant.*
